They do not meet the shipping deadlines. I placed an order in August and even though they sent me another package that was supposed to arrive on September 5th at the latest, I am still waiting for that second shipment and NOTHING, it has not arrived. The worst of all is that I send emails to their customer service email to inquire about my order (since they do not do it) and there is little or no response from them. I don't know if they are planning to send me a third shipment now because the tracking of the package is NEGATIVE.

I've ordered previously had no issue, this time around I waited for delivery for nearly a month and didn't receive order after trying to make contact numerous times was offered a re order but again nothing has arrived as of yet. Asked for a full refund, it's been a waste of valuable time!

There was a slight error with my order however, as soon as I contacted customer services, there was an apology, a discount code and a quick resolution. The response was prompt and polite. Accidents happen, but this was quickly resolved and I would still use the company again. Thank you!

The stickers took longer than expected to arrive however, when they did arrive what a treat! I bought a couple of different types, and they arrive in a well-organised booklet that is easy to put away for next use. The stickers themselves look fantastic. I had a transposed number in the telephone number. When I noticed this, I asked for a correction by email - if this was still possible. Customer service had the labels made again free of charge. That was great, as I was the only one who had made the mistake.
