Sending by regular mail without tracking is not acceptable because after waiting 18 working days it may never arrive and you may have to wait another 18 working days for a new shipment.

Didn't received stickers which ordered beginning of April, sended email to customer service, didn't get any response. So disappointed, daughter paid with her own money on her card ??
