The water bottle slightly alters the taste of the water, in fact my son does not like it. The personalized bag is nice, that's why I didn't give it a star. But the main reason I give a low rating is that the images on the products are stickers. The personalized products simply have a sticker with the child's name stuck on them. Sadly the quality went down with my latest order... I've been using them for years now... Was always happy with it and continued ordering as I've got three kids and these stickers are super helpful to keep up with everything. Although my last order came in and the glue made all the pages stick together and practically unable to use it well. In addition the actual sticker doesn't hold as good as before. Something must have changed and not for better. I genuinely hope things can be brought back to how they used to with a higher quality as price tag is serious too. Thanks though
