Hello, quality labels. Conforms to the visual. On the other hand, the big negative point is the delay. I'm used to ordering them and this is the first year it's taken so long.

Good self-adhesive labels, the quality is always there. The iron-on labels aren't as good, I was expecting something with more of a "fabric" feel, but they're still plastic. It's a pity, because I'd taken them for clothes where the label can itch on the neck, but in the end it's the same as the sticky ones, with less practicality. Maybe, on the other hand, they'll last longer... but that's not my intention, as clothes are meant to be worn. The new water bottles are great, but it's a shame we didn't adapt the new caps to the old bottles to take advantage of this evolution. Finally, the relay point didn't have the same opening hours as those indicated on the website, which is very problematic when you're working.

Unfortunately, most of the labels fell off after the 1st wash.

The labels are very pretty. The ones for the objects hold very well, but the iron-on ones come off after just one wash. And yet I left the iron on the label for longer.

I ordered three packs, and the different label pages were mixed up in the packs.

I've been ordering for a long time but I find that the quality is deteriorating a little. It's a shame. I'm still satisfied, but not 100%.

Labels never received, but reactive customer service for the refund (refund in 48h after my email) I would retenter to place order perhaps later to test the products.

I'm not very happy with the quality of the labels and the fact that there are labels for clothes and objects. I usually buy from a competitor and we can all put them on fabric.

The delivery time takes too long! It never arrives on time! The goods had already been sent for 2 weeks and once again the stickers didn't arrive on time for the start of school. The stickers are good, therefore 3 stars!

I love this stickers and use them every year for my kids school uniforms and school tools but this time stickers looks like not good cutted taking off from the paper is so difficult. I never had this problem before. So nit very happy either the last stickers .

The delivery was ok, didn't wait too long for a personalised item but when the item arrived it had a different name on it than what I ordered, my daughters name didn't arrive which is very disappointing as there was no time to have remade before she returned to school. I rang for a refund and received straight away so my stars are because of that

Quite disappointed by the labels to stick on clothes. They are very, very difficult to detach from the notebook and are systematically damaged. Otherwise, the iron-on ones and the ones for shoes are pretty good.

Normal labels expensive for the number. No better quality than the ones you find in stores. They should be cheaper than the ones we use for clothes.

They reimbursed me for the labels that never arrived but I would have expected them to work a little harder to retrieve them and get them to me! This is the second year I have been without them in September despite having ordered them in July! Let them change couriers! Never again.

Very pretty labels, arrived quickly, but quality to be reviewed despite the wait before wearing the clothes or shoes, from the first wash the labels come off I finish the packs but I don't think I'd recommend, shame.

The delivery was fast but the quality is unfortunately not there because after one day of use the first name is erased. A pity.

Beautiful designs. Various choices. Unfortunately poor resistance to washing (30*). Labels peel off too easily.

Disappointed with one of the bags in my order, it had black stains, like melted plastic... above the first name (personalized bag)

The quality of the stickers themselves are very high. They remain on the items well and always last the full accademic year. However they are really hard to peel off the sheets often bending corners and edges in the process. The perforations need to be deeper to allow the sticker to be removed cleanly.

Nice labels, but the latest version means you can only put one unique logo on all the labels. And in the pack, the number of object labels has been reduced to allow the addition of thermo-heating clothing labels. A pity.

The finish is perfect, but after one wash the labels came off the clothes. It's great for the rest.

The order arrived very late, a few days after the start of the school year. The labels are tiny, almost illegible, but the 'pirates' gourd is top-notch and my son really likes it.
