The purchase of the product was perfect (choice, personalization, delivery, fitting of the labels), but I was very disappointed by the resistance. The garments were washed at 40 degrees (not in a private washing machine, but in a commercial washing machine) and unfortunately the labels only held up to one or two washes at best.

There was nothing wrong with the product, but I didn't realise it was being posted from France. Despite the French name, I'd checked it was a .Co.uk website, and noted you'd said Royal mail would be delivering, and that your dispatch was within 48 hours. I was under a deadline as my mum was moving to a care home. Due to it coming from France the labels didn't arrive in time, meaning the labels ordered can now not be used, and we had to pay again for an alternative. I wish I'd known postage would take longer than normal royal mail within the UK. Also, make your account before placing your order. I made it directly following my order, but it could not be linked to my order, meaning I couldn't track it.

The delivery time was exceeded and did not arrive in time for my children's departure.

Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on time. Despite this, the call center arranged for the order to be resubmitted at 0 cost, and on the third dispatch it finally arrived at its destination.

Product arrived all wet so some labels are unusable shame Otherwise nothing to complain about.

My order has not arrived. Customer Service offered me a new shipment but this one has not arrived either, besides I have to wait the same delivery time as a normal package when I have already waited for it with the first shipment that never arrived, I have waited 20 days for some labels that have never arrived.

The order was easy to place, but complicated to send and receive. The delivery times quoted are not always correct.

Great products, but weeks for them to arrive. I since ordered two more sets and have been waiting over a month.

Hello, the labels are very nice but it's a shame you didn't put them in a waterproof envelope... the envelope got soaked. The stickers don't stick very well any more and the labels for ironing on clothes, in my opinion, won't be as effective any more. Best regards. Donia Ben Sliman

I'm a bit disappointed because the self-adhesive labels don't always stick well and I had to use several for one garment.

The site asks for a delivery address that you fill in, and finally sends the parcel to another location far, far away from the one you want, and a day later than promised. Tip: don't pay extra for delivery.

Nice, intuitive website. Fast shipping, but ecologically very shocking. I ordered 4 boxes of snacks, which were shipped in 2 cartons with tape firmly attached, even though all 4 boxes fit easily into a single carton. A waste of cardboard, Scotch tape and space in transit. It's worth noting, however, that the products are protected by cardboard rather than plastic bubble-wrap.

So. Glad to have received the booklets of labels, except that I had to dismantle the two booklets ordered because the names of the children were mixed up, fortunately my husband saw it, not too cool ???

I've been ordering all these labels for years, and the girls are delighted to be able to choose everything, from the color to the decoration.

Hello, Regarding the site and payments nothing to report ...? Delivery ok !on time and the delays are very short ?? On the other hand, I've been ordering from you for 3-4 years now +~ and unfortunately I find that the quality of the labels has gone downhill! Already not too much renewal in colors, design And especially what disappointed me, is the quality of printing and textile labels placed on coats end up on the backs of my children! Before, I never had to worry about the labels sticking too much? That's all in good spirit, because I really like your site and would recommend it. Best regards

Very small bag a little disappointed

The product WONDERFUL, the delivery service ... I was surprised to find the stickers in the mailbox without an envelope, no wrapping, they were just as they were. It is the 1st time this has happened to me

The labels are lovely, too bad the envelope arrived all wet. I hope they're not damaged.

The labels don't last more than 3 or 4 washes at 30 degrees and they were put on high steam with the iron...very disappointed?

Unfortunately the stickers didn't arrive in the specified time. A full refund was given. Have used previously and always been good so guess this time they just got lost.

We had to wait a very long time for our name tags and then they came with the wrong name. The correct product arrived relatively quickly. But I personally wouldn't order again. But the quality of the goods is quite good.

Several orders already placed with no particular problems, but on the last order the prints were not of very good quality and the iron-on label paper was missing.... Too bad

It took much longer than expected

My first order was lost, so I waited more than 10 days unnecessarily, then customer service immediately replied that they would send me a new order, which arrived after 9 days. Great and professional customer service, but shipping to improve.

My shipment has not arrived. The money will be refunded but I still lost time and didn't get what I needed.

I had purchased clothing labels a few years ago for my first child. To date, unfortunately, I cannot be as satisfied as I was then. I made a purchase for my second child and many of the labels remain in the washing machine, peeling off from the clothes.

As the goods come from France, the delivery time is far too long. Labels are easy to work with.

I received the incorrect order. I contacted customer service and they said they would send out my correct order and I would it in receive 7-10 days. 14 days later I still haven't received it!

Received quickly. A little disappointed with the quality, as it comes off easily on some garments. What a shame!

I've ordered children's bottles before, and the drawings were printed on the bottle, but now they're glued on. Very disappointed. I have increased my rating because the customer service is really top notch and that's worth mentioning! Thank you

Good-quality labels, but I find that the sizes don't fit - too big to stick on most clothing labels.

I have not yet received the order that was sent to me due to an error in the order form.

My labels have not yet arrived more than 15 days later almost 20 I still have not received the labels good day

The labels for the clothes don't fit....je suis déçu

I usually love these clothing labels but the last book I got just doesn't stick and come off in the wash. Never had problems before but with this latest batch I am. Shame really as I do love them.

After wrong delivery the communication was great. No problem there but been waiting ages where I needed those names for my son for nursery and not been able to name them .

My first two orders were just perfect, with incredible print quality and colors. The latest one is rather disappointing. The colors are far from what I had selected and the printing of the text is not as sharp. Disappointed...

The design is beautiful, however it didn't come with the ironing paper as stated on the card it came with. Everything else is brilliant
