Labels took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Left a review and messaged regarding the labels and was offered a refund or for them to be shipped again but they arrived before that was needed. I've applied them to the clothes and they seem to be sticking ok.

Unfortunately, I don't like the iron-on labels. The selection that was made on the homepage was not implemented as selected, so I now have labels that I didn't want. But maybe I made a mistake when I entered them. Apart from that, I found the delivery time of over two weeks too long for the price, so the product arrived later than required. The labels only fulfill their purpose to a limited extent when ironed on. However, customer service proved to be very friendly and accommodating and a solution was offered.

Order received quickly. The choice of colors and symbols is correct and the creation quick. Very disappointed with the mini labels for pencils which don't hold on to the pencils and markers (the long edges come off if the pencils aren't big), I had to add tape to each label which was a real pain!

A little disappointed with the personalized snack box, I thought the printing was directly on the box but it's a sticker stuck on and there was a little air bubble so it wasn't as pretty. I placed an order on 28/08 and after 7 days it was still in preparation, so I was the one who contacted customer service which still did not solve my problem, I was given a refund and on 6/9 I placed a new order which I hope will be processed and shipped within 48 hours as you had said and written on the website. But as of today it is still being processed. On top of that sure I selected expedited delivery as I would need them by Monday, strangely it turns out to be standard delivery! I hope things can improve
