the order was easy, the name tags were as pictured, unfortunately there was no exact description of how to use them, how hot the iron has to be, I first googled, the shipping took 10 days, in a normal letter, I thought that was long.the mail came from France, I didn't know that either.The phone number I gave when I registered was on the outside of the envelope, so much for the fact that they promise to handle the data with care, anyone in the post could read it, I didn't think that was great, I didn't register in the phone book.....ich was on their site because of the instructions, only they don't say how hot the iron should be, each iron has several levels, I then took the highest, only with 8 seconds as described it was not enough, I pressed the iron with pressure on the supplied paper for 30 seconds, whether it survives the laundry I don't know yet, I have given the things to the nursing home ...I'll see if they tell me anything.

It doesn't wash well. However, ironing without steam, washing at 30°C...

the stickers are fine, they work, but the shipping was disastrous, arrived late, and got wet in the mailbox, ... the good thing is that it shows that they will hold up well. but it's a shame because the design and utility were good, I do not know if I will buy again.

I bought a lunchbox. It is very nice but a clip has already broken when I opened it the first time. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have had no returns. As far as I'm concerned, the box was defective to begin with...

The order is correct but it took much longer than they say it will

I will preface this by saying that I followed the instructions (also because it doesn't take a genius). Thermoadhesive labels aesthetically beautiful and easy to apply. Too bad they last just 3/4 washes, then they start to peel off.

Unfortunately, they don't last in the dishwasher.

Hello, we have already tried various adhesive labels. The design and size, as well as the customer service are very good. Unfortunately, we now often find that the labels come off. They simply end up in the washing machine or in the daycare backpack. Which is of course very annoying and also not useful. Therefore unfortunately only 2 stars because the actual purpose is not fulfilled.

Great service overall, however stickers do not stick that great for that long. Also, sometimes is tricky to find some features on the website. For example, I wanted single line Max but couldn't fine the option for single line, so I got an empty space and my son's three-letters-name, not that great

I put only 3 stars because I did not receive the 3 of sharing sponsorship which are always waiting. I placed 2 orders in January and was not able to take advantage of the 3. We exchanged phone calls and emails. And the problem is still not solved

Good product, I recommend it. On the other hand, paying for fast shipping to receive it more than a week later is average.

Adhesive labels for clothes are resistant to washing,unfortunately,on the other hand,with the thermoadhesive ones I did not find very good because they almost all came off after the first or second wash.I recommend using them on light cotton to make them last a little longer.

Some iron-on labels don't really hold, I have to go over them several times. And the labels could have been a bit smaller.

Unfortunately, the shipping costs are very high, so a lunch box actually costs 28.00. The first tin lasted almost 3 years.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating. I have never waited so long for an order. I have already written 2 emails. Where each time only a prefabricated automatic reply mail comes. So you can't do anything with it. We needed them so urgently by tomorrow. And then that's just extremely annoying! We are curious to see when they will finally arrive. The thermo adhesive stickers have mostly peeled off after washing the clothes in the washing machine. The others are still in place.

I have purchased your object labels several times before, but this time I have difficulty removing the labels, more than one does not come off the backing well and the adhesive part remains attached which you can remove later.

The stickers are already usable. But there's far too much garbage around them: stapled with an envelope, space between the stickers and additional stickers that nobody needs.

I ordered two personalized Goudes 6 months ago. The drawings don't hold, the first names fade and one arrived with part of the drawing already damaged. I'm disappointed with the quality and price. At the price of personalization I thought at least to have quality and it is not the case. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Very long wait times. Little clarity on shipping: free for my order (let's be clear, of 60E) but by regular mail and no tracking. From order to receipt took 20 days. For these prices they should provide fast shipping with tracking and free, like other sites

Good reactivity following my complaint about defects: lack and defective material. Quick return of these items but the replaced lunch box lid is the wrong color.

My order did not arrive, they sent another one and I called to get it sorted out. I placed the order on December 10th and it arrived on January 3rd.

3 gourds ordered, one of which had an indentation on receipt... what a shame! Mail sent but no reply...

Unfortunately not convincing in terms of quality.

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Fast, careful delivery, the labels are very pretty. The big problem: they come off in the first wash, which took place a week after ironing.
