Unreliable adhesive labels, attached two weeks ago and already found a couple in the washing machine (40' wash)...I don't think I would buy them again....

Ordered for the second time, sent very quickly so great. However, I had a small problem with the name on the isothermal bottle. I sent a message to customer service but never heard back... too bad.

Convenient, cute, fast shipping, but peels off too easily, especially after machines.

Disappointed by the quality of the labels, which do not peel off easily and many are lost.

I was satisfied with the fast service, I've been ordering from them since 2020 but at the moment I haven't received my order and it's been treated as finished on top of that with no response to my emails and calls since September 04. I had them on the phone after my comment, the shipment was sent according to what I was told in priority, but here's another 1 week without having received the product ...

Ordered on Friday evening and received on Thursday of the following week, a far cry from the 48-hour delivery times advertised on the site. Three stars just because of that... The labels are pretty and just what I wanted.

Too bad the special shoe labels don't stick.

Hello, I bought these labels (in packs of 10) (not iron-on) for my daughter's clothes (3 years old). When I received them, I discovered that they don't stick effectively to the fabric, but that they must be stuck to the care labels or to the garment brand labels, to resist washing. I hadn't seen/read this information before ordering. Unfortunately, I've either already cut out most of these care and brand labels, or they're missing because the brand is written directly on the fabric. The labels stuck on the care labels remain after the various washes. Those stuck on the fabric or on the brand labels come off in the wash. However, the labels have a practical format and a very cute design. My daughter chose the ladybug and loves these colorful labels.

Iron-on labels peel off after one wash :(

Very good site. Very good quality labels. However, I was a little disappointed by the price increase. And I was also a little disappointed by the price increase for the picnic boxes. But otherwise the products are of very good quality.

Perfect self-adhesive labels. Glue very well, nice aesthetics. Fast delivery. Iron-on label a little disappointed. It melts a bit despite the parchment paper and the iron being well adjusted. Does not adapt well to certain fabrics. I've seen that sticky labels for clothes have just come out. Would be nice to have designs for teenagers.

The labels are attractive and consistent. The price is interesting. However, delivery times are much longer than indicated and customer service is non-existent as I never received a reply despite two emails sent several days apart...

products did not arrive on time, shipping via mail without tracking, ----EDIT: ----- I have to admit they were very kind and sent me back the labels and then the first ones arrived a little late as well. Problem maybe due to slow postal service. thank you regards

Beautiful labels; colors and options numerous and nice well made. Unfortunately, the thermo stickers don't stay on well after two washes, in fact they just fall off and can't be resealed. The adhesive ones for clothing labels are much more valuable

It's the second time we've bought. Last year and this year, but unfortunately the quality was not the same. The labels do not collent well on the colors. We are very disappointed and are already thinking about ordering elsewhere.

Really great labels but I didn't receive the right type so I had to reorder.

I left a complaint about my order on the day I received it, September 05, but I still haven't received a reply as of September 21.

Labels can be removed with the first wash.

I had two codes at gemo because I bought two back-to-school outfits but one of the two codes didn't work and the other worked but I was charged 8 and not 2 as indicated.

The rendering of the labels is satisfactory, but the batches ordered are mixed together, and the first names are mixed between the notebooks. I wouldn't recommend buying them for gifts, for example.

I received the labels very quickly but to my great regret they don't stick properly. After wearing or washing the garment, the labels come off.

I ordered labels on September 3 and on September 14 they still have not arrived. I am waiting for a response from the member service, but I see that there are several people complaining.... Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

This year I am unfortunately disappointed. I'm not one for negative comments, but having received no reply from the company after two messages I'm writing my dissatisfaction here. I've been ordering from the site for years because I was satisfied with the self-adhesive labels, but here the labels don't stick properly, which is annoying when you're dealing with about 80 labels. I think it's a shame not to have any feedback from the company about this incident.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

I ordered the labels over 3 weeks ago and have not received them. I have contacted customer service to at least know the tracking number and the shipping company so I can find out where my order is and they won't even give it to me...I don't know what to do...there is no way to get an answer. I rectify: I have finally received a reply and they have offered to refund my money or reship. I appreciate the response, better late than never!

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The self-adhesive labels are great, but the iron-on labels aren't as easy to use as with other brands. What's more, I chose a typeface with a visual that was legible on my screen, unfortunately in real life you have to squint. I'd order again, but only self-adhesive ones.

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.
