I have a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and I have always bought these quality labels. I have also given them to various friends for their children but this time I was really disappointed. I asked for labels for 4 children, so 4 different names and you sent me everything on two booklets only! I wanted plain stickers with no logo and couldn't see where I could order these so in the notes I wrote what I requested. When they arrived they came with the logo and I was told the message I had written was only read at the packing stage. It would of been useful to know this (maybe a note by the box to say it won't be read until then) as I wouldn't have ordered them or would have sent the message some other way.
