The labels peeled off very quickly. No need to wash them, yet they stuck when put on the garments.

Nothing to say about the speed of shipment and the visual aspect of the labels BUT there is a big problem with the quality, all the labels came off in the first wash (even before washing they seemed fragile in terms of adhesion to the garment despite having respected the application process).

1 out of 3 labels came off after the first wash. It seems to me that this product was more durable a few years ago.

I've ordered from the site several times before, but this time I was disappointed with the iron-on labels, which didn't stick to the clothes.

I will preface this by saying that I have not yet had a chance to check the quality of the labels because I live abroad and had purchased them convinced that they would arrive during our stay at my grandparents'. But the delivery time is not as much of a problem as the manner. In fact, the envelope with the labels inside was not mailed in the mailbox but left outside stuck in a dark window in the rain. My parents noticed the envelope by accident after days. Now, for the price of the labels (they cost twice as much as many others that are just as effective) I would at least expect the product to be delivered to the recipient and not for the recipient to have to work hard to find them. I give three stars because even if they were the most beautiful labels in the world, the service can be far improved and I certainly will not buy them again. That is, if the ones I received are usable.

Fast shipping, a bit expensive and a shame not to be able to change the symbol in the packs.

I have ordered on several occasions and always perfect but not this time, I do not know if it is because they have changed the quality or because I did not include the paper to stick them with iron but all the stickers peeled off at the first use.

Very cute design but unfortunately a few stickers for the clothes come off during washing.

In the last two orders the thermo adhesive labels peeled off shortly after having put them on (they last a few days). I hooked it with the iron at the indicated temperature and the seconds indicated, and I don't use the garment immediately, I let it rest for a day. The rest of the labels adhere well. Order arrived in the agreed time.

Pretty and practical, but they didn't stand up to washing.

The delivery service is very bad, I was acasa on purpose all week to wait for the parcel and no one called they left me the parcel in Poste with all the services that offers poste Italiane;((

I ordered and I did not receive my order I had to send you an email but it took 15 days for me to be able to say that I had not received it before you sent me one and therefore no use because it arrived much too late.

The parcel has not yet arrived... I placed the order 23 days ago! It was for a birthday. I'm disappointed because delivery costs 6 euros, but it's incredibly slow. It's true that it's in a French overseas department, but in that case, it should be specified on the site that the delivery time is very long: I wouldn't have made that choice. I probably wouldn't do it again.

The site is beautiful... but not always very clear. There are a lot of products on offer and it's a bit confusing... I made a mistake ordering stick-on labels for clothes when in fact I wanted iron-on labels .

Self-adhesive labels don't stick to garment labels. Or disappear after the 1st wash. Thermo-adhesive labels are more effective

I had ordered this product a few years ago, these labels still hold but this time they fall off! WHAT A SHAME

By answering a questionnaire I got a 2 discount. But it was not deducted from my order.

The labels are plastic. I wanted cotton labels, maybe I misread the instructions?

I'm familiar with heat-sensitive labels, which are effective and very durable, but I have a problem with self-adhesive garment labels, which wash off very quickly and don't stand up to washing.

The labels were too big because they wouldn't fit on the fabric, but they had to be iron-on to an existing label, so I had to cut them all out, which didn't make them look clean at all. On some garments, I had to cut the labels so I couldn't label them MAJ : it didn't hold up in the machine (max wash 40).

I had ordered labels and a gourd I received only the gourd and after a refund request to customer service I received the refund of the labels.

Thank you for the delivery time... more than a week, so it doesn't meet the urgent needs of parents who can't anticipate.

A little disappointed that there are no longer any transparent labels to stick on the tags that go into the shoes to protect them.

I placed an order because my children went on a seaside trip. When I came back to wash the clothes, most of the labels had come off and were stuck on the drum of the machine.

I could not pay with my card (Hype), but it was not a bank problem. I couldn't quite figure out why. Otherwise, the order arrived quickly and very good quality labels :)

I'm very disappointed by the labels, which really don't stick to the clothes at all. I have 4 children and this is not the first time I have used iron-on labels.

Perfect adhesive labels for objects: resistant to various hand washes and dishwashers. Iron-on labels peel off more than half the time. Suitable for ironing and smoothing. On ironed clothes, not ironed. On cotton, on clothing labels. Very disappointed by these labels. I don't know how to get them to stay on without having to spend all day on them. Very nice design and fast delivery.

The labels on the Giotto crayons do not adhere well and in putting them on and taking them off the 'case they come off, I am not satisfied.

Several options can be used to improve service quality

Order takes too long to arrive... the 48 hour delivery time is not respected and if you want something faster you have to pay excessively! Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

The protective film for the shoe labels was missing.

We used to receive the labels within 3 days, so I made an order for my son to have all his excrement nominated for his 5 day school trip. But I had to write everything down in marker because my order was not delivered after 7 days at home...if I had known....

Goods were only received one week late.

I have been ordering my children's labels from Petitfernand for years. For some time now I have seen that they have lost quality, the heat adhesive labels peel off easily. Even if you follow the instructions for use that come in the document. On the other hand, the object labels are going great.

I received the labels quickly and exactly as on the website! However, I stuck the labels on following the instructions and after 2 washes most of them had peeled off! My children are going to camp for 10 days and I'm afraid it won't last!

Really pretty, lovely choice of styles. About a quarter of my pack doesn't actually work that well unfortunately, the clothing labels have come off in the wash. The item labels on plastic bottles seem to work much better. I'd probably look around for another brand for the clothing labels next time.

Nice and very safe and fast site but they come off at the first wash , I was warned by other moms but I was stubborn .. anyway I took a few for this reason and I would not take back more

Unfortunately, only three stars because the labels to be applied to the fabrics (the thermo-adhesives) do not stick or come off partially even before washing. We tried applying them to different fabrics, using different irons but unfortunately they are not usable. Excellent ones to apply to the label of clothes or objects..!
