The product overall very nice! The only thing is that shipping took a very long time!

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The order has not arrived yet but they have already contacted me to solve it in a very kind way.

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

Unfortunately I have no opinion on the product, as I didn't like the delivery. Tracked delivery would have been appreciated, as otherwise no recourse is possible. It's a shame.

Update: very responsive and accommodating customer service who called me very quickly and suggested several solutions; thank you very much for your responsiveness and kindness! Fast, careful dispatch, received less than a week after ordering. The labels are of good quality and are holding up well so far. The booklet system is very practical for storing them and not damaging them. The lunch box is huge! The customizable cotton bag is perfect for holding spare parts. On the other hand, the isothermal water bottle has 3 major faults: the cap cannot be closed, even by an adult (so the bottle is never closed!); - the rotation system for the leak-proof cap is very difficult for a 3-year-old to grasp; - the absence of an air release system makes it very uncomfortable, if not impossible, to use.

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

Good value for money, fast delivery

Order made on 8/08 received on 29/08 customer service not responsive enough in my opinion because waste of time despite my reminders, for my part this is the 3rd time I order I do not know if I retenter for the blow!

Product as described. Labels hold very well, fast delivery. 2nd year ordering and nothing to say, satisfied.

It was my first time and I'm delighted with her help at the nursery for my 3 babies. I'll do it again next year for school.

Product quality is indisputable. Respect for deadlines is not. Result: children gone before they've received their order!

I usually order my labels from this site. Fast delivery. Always spot on and very handy for labeling all the kids' stuff. Nice rendering. Just a shame the shoe labels aren't lined like they used to be.

Great looking and stick well when 1st applied. .. unfortunately after 1 wash they were kind of hanging off…

I've been ordering for 4 years, but for two years now the labels have been peeling off very badly and tearing before I've even used them. Too bad

We have been using the stickers for several years now and are satisfied. They generally hold up very well, even in the washing machine. However, we have also had cases where they didn't last half as long. They are unbeatable for labeling school and daycare items and my children can do it themselves and have fun doing it.

I'm really disappointed, the writing on the binder clip is really too small. An adult already has trouble reading, so imagine a child. The writing on your site is much more legible.

So far I have always been delighted with the stickers. With this delivery, however, the stickers were dirty, probably because the shipping bag had disintegrated from the inside. So you couldn't give them away as intended.

This was the second time I had ordered labels. There were delivery problems each time, but they were more than made up for by the speed of the customer service. The products themselves are good and well made.

A good range of products with frequent new models. Great ideas for new products that we like to adopt. The site is customer friendly. On the other hand, delivery by chronoposte is not up to scratch! My parcel was badly routed by chronoposte, causing not only a delay in delivery but also a parcel received in very poor condition and ripped open!

I could have given it 5 stars if I hadn't found the self-adhesive labels stuck on the drum of my washing machine. I wash my clothes at 30 and I regularly find labels that come off in the wash. And this is not the first year. I had ordered from two different brands and wasn't sure which one was sticking to my drum. It doesn't happen with all the labels, I'm sure, but it's annoying all the same.

The quality is super. Lots of motifs and colors to personalize. It takes a little longer than other suppliers but it's worth it!

Last year I liked the labels but this year the bag I ordered was full of black fluff all over for new, disappointed ????
