the labels are always top-notch. excellent quality. This time we ordered birthday invitations. I was a little disappointed. The envelopes had to be folded and closed with a little glue and the little fox I found really small. 2cm more wouldn't have hurt him. The personalized MUG is a very nice idea. We'll have to see over time how the texts react to use.

Disappointed with my last order. The dinosaur motif I'd chosen didn't appear on the white/grey background, I didn't see this bug and I received labels with no illustration (just the first name). After-sales service told me all I had to do was reread my order in my e-mails... and after a 2nd complaint I was entitled to a discount voucher.... I won't be ordering from them again

Unfortunately, the first delivery did not arrive. After waiting 14 days for it, I wrote to the support team. I was sent a replacement immediately. The email exchange went without a hitch and was very friendly. As always, the quality is impeccable. I always like to order.

Great lunch boxes! And I also think it's great that the stickers are sent as a booklet. What I didn't find so great was that I received an invoice for import costs (over CHF 20 for 2 lunch boxes and a few stickers). On the website it says that shipping is free worldwide for stickers and 6 euros for lunch boxes, but there was no mention of import costs. The print on the lunch box is not on the box itself, but on an adhesive film that is then stuck to the lid. This is ok, but I wasn't aware of this when I ordered.

Hello, I have already ordered clothing stickers 3 times. The first batch was easy to remove and stuck well to the clothing, the second hardly came off the film and the third had labels coming off from time to time. The experiences became increasingly disappointing, but I will order again because the quality and design, the price, the shipping time and the easy handling of the order make me want to try again.

The stick on labels are great. So far they are holding up to washing and drying. Pleased they came in a book to keep them together. Delivery took a while.

I was satisfied with my personalized water bottle until the stopper stopped working after 2 months and customer service told me to buy another one! What a shame, because other brands would never have said that! The stopper is defective and I have to buy a new one myself, and after telling customer service, they give me a 20% discount! The order and processing went very quickly and well. However, the iron-on labels had different font sizes (I have already ordered twice. The first time I had a different font and it was stronger in color). This doesn't seem so bad at first, but sometimes the label doesn't fit properly in the desired place. The adhesive labels are also good, but sometimes even these are too big for the snippet in the garment. Thank you!
