I have ordered on several occasions and always perfect but not this time, I do not know if it is because they have changed the quality or because I did not include the paper to stick them with iron but all the stickers peeled off at the first use.

Very good because it is not the first time I bought these labels, the quality is very good and the delivery time is good. The corks were received on time and in perfect condition. I just hope they'll be stronger than the first cap, which broke pretty quickly after falling out of my daughter's hands.

If several different stickers are ordered, it would be nice to receive them loose rather than bound like a booklet. It was a bit difficult to take apart as the gift was for two children in our case.

Thank you for your review! However, we only send a separate booklet if it is a practical set (crèche, school...). In other cases, and even if the order contains several different names, we do not necessarily send several brochures for reasons of paper consumption and staples (eco-responsibility).

The labels were too big because they wouldn't fit on the fabric, but they had to be iron-on to an existing label, so I had to cut them all out, which didn't make them look clean at all. On some garments, I had to cut the labels so I couldn't label them MAJ : it didn't hold up in the machine (max wash 40).

I think you placed the labels in the wrong place, they can be applied to the textile and you didn't have to cut it . All measurements are visible when you choose on the website. I really like the water bottles. Pretty, no taste in the water and it stays fresh. I bought 2 two years ago and they are still in good condition. The only downside is the caps. They're really fragile and I've had to buy new ones several times. I recently bought 2 more "can" size bottles, this time thinking that the stoppers would be stronger. But unfortunately this wasn't the case, and after 1 month the stopper didn't hold either. I'm a bit disappointed because I really like this brand.

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but I can say: -Fast, easy service. On-time shipping and delivery. -Sending in a kind of notebook that allows easy filing, avoids losses and is very clear. -Conforms to the order placed on the website.

The stickers are great. They adhere very well to objects and to clothing or shoes. Unfortunately, I find them just a little bit too small. They should almost be a little bigger. Nevertheless, I think the adhesion and quality are great.
