Was really looking forward to receiving these labels as my 1year old starts nursery in a couple of weeks. Over two weeks later and I still haven't received them. When I requested a refund, there was no means of an apology/offering an alternative, just literally "have a nice day." If items I've ordered from the US can arrive within two weeks of ordering, then so can something which is coming from France (I'm in the UK so a lot closer!)

Having ordered labels from your site on several occasions, I was disappointed by the self-adhesive labels which peel off on the 1st wash, so I ordered thermo-adhesive labels which need to be protected with greaseproof paper, which is normally enclosed! Unfortunately, the parchment paper wasn't included with my order, which is a shame! I'm going to have to buy some, it's just not right!

Unfortunately, the three sets were put together like a set and not like individual ones, which is bad because sue should get them from several people for her birthday. Good delivery time. I've been using these labels for my son's shoes and clothes for over a year now. The stick-on clothes labels have never come off due to wash or wear. The shoe labels have also stayed on. The iron-on clothes labels are not as good so I've stopped ordering those. If you have kids in nursery/daycare I would highly recommend these labels. I would have given it 5 stars except that, for a repeat customer, it works out very expensive since kids grow out of clothes so quickly. Also the iron-on labels were disappointing.
