I take all the labels from your site every year, but this year two problems: the minis (for pens..) which are usually great were very difficult to peel off and also it was not the visual seen on the computer. The dino was present but the jungle background was completely masked, it was a dark green instead. Very disappointed child! Knowing that we would have chosen a more suitable colored background. Fast delivery as paid. Super nice free stickers, my son loved them.

The shipment took three times longer even though I paid for express shipping, the bottles I ordered are very good but hard to open for 3 and 4 year olds, they can't take them to school at the moment because they can't open them without the help of an adult.

I am very satisfied with the products received in terms of quality. However, the last order I placed has a small defect. During the order, the name and surname were clearly visible on the proof. The transfer labels for clothing do not hold. They peel off even though after ironing, they were well fixed and the clothes have not been washed or worn for 72 hours after application.
