I regularly order from C-mon-etiquette and I am always pleased with the result. This time, I wanted to buy a water bottle with P’tit Loup, the mascot of my son's class. I give it a rating of 4/5 because unfortunately the stickers on the bottle peeled off even before the first use. I find it a shame given the price of the bottle. It won't stop me from ordering again, but I will only stick to buying labels.

The thermal labels for clothing have changed in quality, they do not 'stick' and smell like melted plastic when we apply them with an iron, (despite following the instructions carefully) we did not have this problem before.

However, used to making labels. Very disappointed with the quality, the labels detach very difficultly and get damaged one time out of two. The only positive point is the design and color chosen by my daughter.

very nice, colorful and above all practical thing - not only for children but also for older people/home residents, where items need to be marked. The labels stick very well to objects. Unfortunately, the adhesive labels intended for clothing do not hold up well in the wash, they slip or fall off. For clothing, it is better to only order the iron-on labels. Otherwise, nice products and fast delivery.

This is the 2nd time I order personalized mugs for my grandchildren. Completely satisfied upon receiving the first one, but that's not the case this time. The screen printing is partially flawed. The end of the design is blistered and I don't think it will withstand washing, and I regret it because this site seemed safe and serious to me. Fast shipping, careful packaging.
