I was expecting to receive a engraved cup or something better, instead I received a cup with stickers on it. It's expensive for that.

Great water bottle, it absolutely does not leak once closed. The only note to make concerns the designs and the printing of the name: it appears to be a label print, which will probably wear off over time. I would have preferred a print directly on the product, without the use of labels.

The labels are great and are resistant on objects and clothing even after multiple washes. But a small downside for the crayon labels, my daughter chose an illustration that is not visible at all when you peel off the label. The flowers remain on the booklet! The water bottle is of good quality.

I’ve ordered a few different brands before and this time tried PF. The sticker colour didn’t come out quite differently from what I expected which I could live with but the text size is so tiny it’s really hard to read. Ordering process and shipping was quick (didn’t realise they get printed in France and shipped to the uk. Definitely prefer to order more Locally)

The water bottle slightly alters the taste of the water, in fact my son does not like it. The personalized bag is nice, that's why I didn't give it a star. But the main reason I give a low rating is that the images on the products are stickers. The personalized products simply have a sticker with the child's name stuck on them. At this point, I would buy adhesive labels to stick on glasses and water bottles.

The designs and colors are nice, but in the packs I bought, the paper for sticking the thermal adhesive labels did not come, I tried to contact but it indicated that the photo I took was too heavy and I couldn't do it, I have spent a significant amount of money and I would have liked my order to be perfect! Labels received quickly and perfect. The only downside is that these labels were for gifts for the children I welcome for their return to school (I am a childminder) and unfortunately you put everything together in a common booklet. I will therefore photocopy the instructions and find a way to pack them together.
