It took two weeks for the stickers to be shipped and then I didn't even receive them. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I needed the stickers as soon as possible. I happily accepted a refund after contacting customer care about the failed delivery and they were helpful and efficient at dealing with my issue.

Very happy at first. However, I have been using only stick-on labels for bottles or bags from the booklet so far. Now my daughter goes to school, I started using the ironed-on labels and the stick-on labels onto the actual garments label, and these don't stay! The first started to be wrinkly and eventually came off after a few washes, the latter also goes eventually after washes, but also can't cope with Napisan wash! What's the point! I feel like going back to old-fashion labelling and stitching fabric labels onto clothes. At least they would stay in place and can be removed when it's time to give away or sale! I'll stick to the stick-on labels for items only. Those are great!

The only downside was the delivery with the postal service delivering the envelope days later than the scheduled date. I recommend placing the order well in advance. Always used Petit-Fernard , I found the stickers really good. This time I ordered the products but it was impossible to remove from the "basket" the one's I didn't want so I ended up buying all the stickers... The stickers have arrived 10 working day's ( which is fine as it was busy time) Stickers are good value, but this time was really difficult to remove them from the sheets. The glue was holding really tight so I ended up damage the name tags .. I needed to use sharp item to get it of she sheet.
