I've been ordering for a few years now! Always satisfied, the labels are very pretty and high quality! They resist washing very well! However, for my latest order, I'm a bit disappointed because the clothing labels aren't cut properly, I have trouble removing them from the sheet, I have to cut them with scissors to be able to use them. In itself it's not too bad, it's just a waste of time ... I've also ordered water bottles for my twins, they're so beautiful, they love them as much as I do! The pattern is so pretty (horses and dinosaurs), and they're as quick to unpack as they are to adopt! Thanks ??

The self-adhesive labels are top quality. They hold well, even after washing. I'd like them to be a bit more geared towards a larger pre-teen and teen clientele too (for camps and school it's very practical). And it would be nice to have prices for loyal customers.

I ordered self-adhesive name labels on clothes for my son at nursery. The site is well designed and allows you to quickly create your label and personalize it by seeing the results live. It's quick and easy. The result is very pretty. However, it's not always easy to remove the label from the backing and put it on the garment. What's more, it can only be stuck onto the garment's care label and not directly onto the fabric, which is sometimes problematic or simply impossible. A good solution, but not suitable for all garments. You'll have to use iron-on labels for some garments. But overall I'm satisfied and would order from this site again.

Very good and beautiful labels and very fast shipping. However, in the primary kit you need 10/15 extra labels for pens, felt-tips and pencils. As for the rest, I'll have some left over for next year. Thank you for your help.

The shipment took forever and when it arrived it was incomplete. I filed a claim but they didn't even give me a complimentary gift. That speaks a lot about the after sales service and how they are not interested in customer loyalty. For future purchases I think I will try another company.

I ordered a personalized snack box. It arrived very quickly. I'm a bit disappointed by the personalization... just a sticker. On a competitor's site I bought a snack box for my eldest daughter 7 years ago, which was much nicer with an engraving on it and not a sticker. I think this one's going to wear out quickly. If I'd known it was a sticker, I wouldn't have bought it. It's still pretty and practical

Great site, lots of choice in labels. Quite simple to do!!! Between the order and shipment very fast, but reception time between 3 and 8 working days, I'm at 9 days and still nothing in the mailbox. I had anticipated this before the start of the school year. I hope to receive them on time! The downside for me is the waiting time in the mailbox.

Very good service. Quality labels, very practical. I use them every year to mark my children's things and it works pretty well, forgotten things come back home ??. Very fast delivery. A few downsides for me: the price is still pretty high despite the back-to-school promotions with the eco packs. And there's a lack of white labels to put back on when you give or sell the garment...that would be a real plus to the service.

However, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive my different designs mixed up in the booklets, rather than having one design per booklet. Convenient! No need to write on the label. But in the booklet supplied, they say that the paper to put on top of the label when using the iron is supplied, which wasn't the case for me, so I used greaseproof paper. I'm not saying anything because it was a discovery offer with a promotional code, but it's a shame it's incomplete!
