The labels are perfect as usual. This year I took the personalized water bottle. Unfortunately, it leaks even though it's tightly closed, but every time I do, my school bag gets soaked.

The bottle is nice and withstands the temperature of the liquid, I bought 3 bottles, the 3 drip a lot, if they are not standing soak the surface or bag where you carry them, so for a child bottle is something quite complicated if you want to carry it in summer in a backpack and they manage them. The 3 have been scratched immediately and one of them has lifted part of the drawing. The bottles are nice and my kids like them, they are comfortable to drink from, but in my case they leak, so they lose a lot of points.

Very happy with my order, but I had selected the gourd with the two types of stoppers and on receipt there was only one. I had to recommend the missing stopper. Otherwise good quality products, the children are delighted.

As usual, I always order labels from this site. So far, no problems to report, except on my last order when the color requested was not the right one. The bright pink is now a violet pink. Customer service was very responsive, but the error recurred... too bad.

The stickers are great quality and are durable. The only issue I'm having is trying to take them off the backing. They must not have been cut properly or something as I've ruined a few labels trying to remove them from the backing.

We already ordered iron-on labels last year, following the advice on fitting and resting ... after the first machine ( 30°C as recommended ) most of them had peeled off. This year again, but with self-adhesive labels ... Really disappointed.

The latest iron-on labels are of poorer quality than those previously ordered. They don't adhere as well to clothes, and don't come off the pages as well (about ten of them have been thrown away). They're still very pretty, though, and the shoe labels (right/left) are absolutely brilliant.

The print fits, but unfortunately the stickers are not really well punched out, so I have to remove every single sticker (!) from the foil again with nail scissors, otherwise you can't get them off at all. This is really tedious and tests my patience to the limit.

Order of August 16 still not received (we are on 4/09), it was suggested to me on 30/08 to reorder because it was too complicated to launch a tracking procedure with Chronopost. I accepted and asked for free delivery charges for an express order (for back-to-school week). The code received was invalid, and it took 5 days to get an answer after my complaint e-mail. Too late, I ordered on your competitor's site. Order received today, unbeatable. I am very disappointed by C-monetiquette, it was my last order with you.

Order received very quickly Nice products but - brighter colors than these pastels would be less babyish (petrol blue, yellow...) - the stopper on my straw bottle broke after only 10 minutes of use. I had time to wash it, then my son picked it up and dropped it...I'm going to buy a new cap and see if it lasts longer...

The garment labels are in order, but all the object labels have a printing defect, with a white unprinted area of 1 to 2mm on the left, due to the printing offset on the self-adhesive board. The offset is very visible, as the label normally has a dark blue background. I wonder about the controls. It's a disappointing experience.

This is the first time I order. The labels are beautiful. Well, I got some of my boys' labels mixed up in the notebooks. On the other hand, some labels are not resistant to washing. I put the iron-on labels on my son's first-grade boxers. Two days later, I put them in the washing machine, and some came off and others cracked. So the iron-on labels aren't great and I'm a bit disappointed.
