The shipment took forever and when it arrived it was incomplete. I filed a claim but they didn't even give me a complimentary gift. That speaks a lot about the after sales service and how they are not interested in customer loyalty. For future purchases I think I will try another company.

Good reception and very happy with the result. A little problem with peeling the labels, which is a bit difficult and gets damaged in the corners, but otherwise very good quality labels.

I ordered a personalized snack box. It arrived very quickly. I'm a bit disappointed by the personalization... just a sticker. On a competitor's site I bought a snack box for my eldest daughter 7 years ago, which was much nicer with an engraving on it and not a sticker. I think this one's going to wear out quickly. If I'd known it was a sticker, I wouldn't have bought it. It's still pretty and practical

Great site, lots of choice in labels. Quite simple to do!!! Between the order and shipment very fast, but reception time between 3 and 8 working days, I'm at 9 days and still nothing in the mailbox. I had anticipated this before the start of the school year. I hope to receive them on time! The downside for me is the waiting time in the mailbox.

Very good service. Quality labels, very practical. I use them every year to mark my children's things and it works pretty well, forgotten things come back home ??. Very fast delivery. A few downsides for me: the price is still pretty high despite the back-to-school promotions with the eco packs. And there's a lack of white labels to put back on when you give or sell the garment...that would be a real plus to the service.

The labels are just what I expected. They are dishwasher safe and the design is nice. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive my different designs mixed up in the booklets, rather than having one design per booklet. We had ordered several in a single order to save on postage, but the distribution was more complicated than expected.

Convenient! No need to write on the label. But in the booklet supplied, they say that the paper to put on top of the label when using the iron is supplied, which wasn't the case for me, so I used greaseproof paper. I'm not saying anything because it was a discovery offer with a promotional code, but it's a shame it's incomplete!

2 flasks ordered, 1 leaked once closed and the second was not aligned once the cap was closed with the first name! Another one was sent back but the printing wasn't very careful, it's missing in a few places...and the problem remains the same! I'm very disappointed
