Easy label design, a little slow for shipping

VERY fast compared to other service tried, maybe stickers for pencils are a little few in the envelope. High quality though, friendly and efficient service

Cute stickers, exactly as described and selected. However, shipping took a very long time.

I ordered the box for lunch and 2 boxes for snacks, which I find too large for snacks. Otherwise, in terms of quality and design, they are very beautiful.

Very pretty flask and practical spout opening system. It seems to last over time. On the other hand, my eldest son got the better of the cap, which broke off. Perhaps it needs to be stronger? Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with the labels.

All good but the order arrived a week late

It did not arrive when it was supposed to, even though I paid for it to arrive in 24-48 hours. But to say that they refunded me the money, and that says a lot about you I will count on you again when I need it.

Everything is perfect, they just take a long time to arrive. It is the only downside. If you want to have them, order them in time.

The labels are great, but I'm disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't stick at all.

The page advertised 48-hour delivery, and it arrived after 2 weeks, when the school year had already started, and therefore I no longer needed the identification tags.

I find the labels qualitative, but when you take the kindergarten pack it's quite fair in terms of material labels and also in primary school. Especially the thin labels. Otherwise, for primary school too, it's perfect. Very happy with my order. Thank you very much. Just when the postage is free, the wait for the package is very long, more than a week. Otherwise, the background colors and fonts are clear and colorful, which is good.

Incident in the shipment, if I do not claim it I would still be waiting. Given the error could track the same or express shipping.

The thermoadhesive labels that were sent to me were faded and poorly printed, with poorly defined outlines and blurry designs. I wrote two emails to customer service and they replied with an automated message that did not respond to my problem, then they did not respond again. I also tried to contact them through the IG page, same result. I am very disappointed. I will not buy again.

The first experience was not satisfactory but they immediately contacted me and solved it quickly and very efficiently, I am very happy.

The labels are very pretty and easy to use. They wash very well. The only little problem that makes me lose a star is the delay in processing the order and delivery... whatever the size of the order, it takes at least a week to get it home. But I think the problem is with the post office, so there's not much you can do about it.

I waited to do my review because my order, placed at the end of August, when the maximum time expired was not delivered to me, despite the order status giving it as such. I contacted customer service who responded within 48 hours (as indicated), they sent my order back to me again which arrived today (4 business days after shipment). Unfortunately, they arrived late for the start of school, but I still feel like giving a good review because the labels are beautiful, the customer service is really efficient, and because I found them to be reliable. I'm afraid the delivery issue is not up to them; in fact, they may have even lost out.

I ordered 2 new stoppers for my son's water bottle because he had broken the original stopper. Disappointed with both the order process (long delivery time, incomprehensible parcel tracking as it was indicated as "Léa") and the reception of the 2 stoppers as they were in the box without any protective paper, an invoice, nothing. And the stoppers are extremely hard to close, impossible for a small child to give the necessary force to really clip the stopper, so the gourd always remains ajar. I'd already ordered quite a few labels from the site without any problem, but now I'm reluctant to recommend them, which is a shame.

I received my labels quickly and in excellent quality. The booklet format is ideal for carrying around and reduces packaging.

C-MonEtiquette is a great way not only to keep your school stuff together, but also to get your dishes back from friends when they can't remember whose box it was... too bad you don't make separate notebooks for each name, or at least propose a separation of orders.

Satisfied with the, but very disappointed with your after sales service. I have a problem with the late delivery. I ordered the labels on Wednesday 6/09, paying an extra charge (9.95 in total) for delivery in 24 hours. I received the labels on Tuesday 12/09. I sent you an email on Monday 11/09 about this and to date (Tuesday 19/09) I haven't seen any returns... an error in delivery, that can happen. But not replying to my email and not taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation is negligence.

Good quality and easy to use, good value for money.

This is the second time I have purchased the same product because I was happy with it. This second time I evidently made a mistake with the label graphics so it is barely legible. The light text on a dark patterned background does not hold up. I was a little disappointed, but again, it was partially my fault.

I order regularly from this site and was very disappointed with my last order! - self-adhesive labels for clothes: in the end, they can't be stuck directly onto the fabric, but only onto a label, for example - "left-right" shoe labels ... I ordered 30, but ended up with 30 units and not 30 lots, given what I received ... and this wasn't explained when I added them to my basket and in the description, it says "sold in LOTS of 5", and they also sell simple shoe labels - I paid 2 extra for a tracked letter, which wasn't tracked because even today it's noted that my parcel will be picked up by the carrier even though I received it. But they reimbursed me for this.

Shipped on time, even if it seems a bit long for something from the country next door. The whole thing was put in a simple envelope, it arrived all twisted and perforated. The labels themselves are perfect, I love the look, they're easy to use, and the format doesn't take up too much space for storage. The labels are sturdy, as usual, and once stuck it's impossible to remove them. They're really, really good!
