The labels are beautiful and stick as usual.

Easy purchase and fast delivery

The mini object labels don't stick properly to the pens and pencils - they peel off slightly right from the start... not a good sign for the future.

I am always satisfied with the stickers I receive. But it's a pity that I had to pay the additional 1950 customs fee.

The labels have arrived, in good condition.

What happened was that the deliveryman didn't drop off the parcel because he couldn't find the address, even though it was correct! What's more, the wait to receive the parcel was prolonged.

The label concept is great, even if the ones for the supplies are a bit too big. Great gourd too, but the cap is so hard to open that it comes off completely when you open it. Unfortunately, a 4-year-old can't reclip it on his own, so it quickly gets lost or stays unhooked, which spoils its usefulness.

Initial order got lost in the post. After 12 working days I contacted customer services to confirm that i had not received my order. They kindly offered the option of refund, or resend at their cost. I accepted resend, and received the new order within 5 working days. Really appreciated the customer service and easy resolution. The products were as described and appear to be good quality!

Very good. This is the 2nd year I've ordered them. The labels hold well, some end up in the washing machine, but on the whole it works, and it's super practical!

Impeccable service and product! I recommend them. I only rated it 4/5 because the 3 orders I've placed on the site have always given me the same experience: I have no order tracking. The item arrives but I don't know when in advance.

It's easy to place an order, but the site is less convenient when you have a referral! For my part, I didn't manage to take advantage of this gift.

After a request for a reprint because the labels weren't readable, we received the same thing, only worse. I think the colors, or the font, are wrong. Then you should remove this option from your online menu.

I like the quality very much. There are cheaper ones in terms of price. Delivery takes about 2-3 weeks as it comes by letter from abroad.

I've just received my stickers and I'm very happy with the result. I haven't used them yet, so I don't really have an opinion on how to use them, but I will for back-to-school. Ordered and delivered on time, nothing to say. So far, I'm happy with the way my order turned out.

Order received quickly and conformed to our expectations in terms of visuals. The labels are very pretty and make it easy to personalize baby's items for the nursery. However, I'm very disappointed with how well the labels hold up on clothes! They came off in the 1st wash, even though I followed all the instructions. I wouldn't recommend it at all, as it's not financially advantageous...

I thought these were great value for money. Lovely choice of designs and colours. Not given 5 stars, as yet to really test how well they stay on clothes etc after washing. Havent use them in ernest yet as little one is still at nursey.

The colors aren't as pretty as my previous orders (less choice and less quality) w In addition, the quality of the labels I bought this time is really inferior (they come off with difficulty and there are still bits of "glue" on the self-adhesive clothing labels). I'm really disappointed with this purchase, whereas I was completely satisfied with the last 2 orders.

I did not receive all of my order!!!

Second order, the labels are so pretty with cute little patterns, I just didn't recommend the thermal labels that didn't hold on the clothes last year. This year I'm trying out the stickers, so we'll see what happens?

I've been a customer for many years, but in recent months the quality of iron-on labels has changed, and not for the better. The print is less sharp, coarser, more pixelated and less elegant, but also the quality of the backing is really less good, thinner, more plasticized, the label melts on the fabric losing its shape, it "dislocates" and drools. When I placed my second-to-last order, I thought it was a serial problem. I didn't want to make a complaint, as I'd already had to do one for a gourd (and the after-sales service had done a good job on that one), I didn't want to act like a never-satisfied customer, so I made do with these labels, which I was moderately satisfied with, hoping that it would be better with my future orders (with 3 children, I use a lot of labels). But with my new and latest order, I see that it wasn't just a serial defect, but a change in quality. So I don't think I'll be ordering again, as the result on the clothes is really unfortunate. It's a pity, because up to now I've been more than satisfied!
