Problem on the site when placing the order, taken care of by customer service (file followed by Ophélie whom I thank for her support) file resolved and closed. The problem I had had nothing to do with the labels, which are of very high quality. The work done deserves 5 stars (for my problem, which took a long time to resolve, I took off one star).

I have already purchased from this site but I am not completely satisfied. I bought 2 races for my son which are extremely difficult to open and close. They are already damaged after 1 year of use. I lost the cap of the gourd I sent a msg via Instagram never answered! So I had to buy another 8euros!!!! Knowing that the gourd costs almost 18euros! When the labels to stick to clothes it does not hold either! I won't order from them anymore!

The name stickers are great and this my third time purchasing them. However I ordered a kids bottle which looks lovely but the lid is useless. My 5 year old really struggles to open it on her own. I'm gutted as this was meant to be her new bottle for school for September but it looks like i will need to buy her another one!

I followed all the instructions so that the labels would stick, but in the end I washed a garment twice and the label came off. I wash at 40 degrees, so I'm really disappointed with my investment for my son's first day of school. I had to buy a pad to anticipate the others coming off.

I received the order quickly, but one of the bottles arrived broken at the top. I'm very disappointed because it's the one for my son who's starting kindergarten. The rest of the order was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it in view of the broken bottle.
