I'm happy with my purchase, everything went well until I paid by PayPal, at which point I got scared because it wasn't "c monetiquette" that appeared on the payment but Emma. So until I received my parcel I wondered whether I was going to receive it or whether it was someone called "Emma" who had cashed my payment ????

This is the 2nd time we have ordered. The first ones are already used up. They hold really well and the writing does NOT fade! This time I can unfortunately only award 4 stars because the envelope with the labels unfortunately arrived here very bent (post stop).I hope the bent stickers still last a long time on the items. I would recommend the labels to others. As we already have experience with other service providers and we didn't like them that much.

Top item and shipped quickly but the DPD delivery company is really unprofessional, leaving a notice by SMS when they have not even passed, late delivery, politeness absent and on top of that it's borderline if they do not send us the package in the face. You don't have to change anything except your delivery service.

Hello, your iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all after one wash, everything has come off and yet I didn't follow your instructions which are in the leaflet, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

A quality service, with parcel tracking. Too bad I had to pay 25 euros in customs fees on top of my delivery. I live in French Guiana, so France! 6 euros for delivery, and 10.60 euros for VAT and 25 euros extra for ordering outside the department. Sorry, but I won't be ordering from your site again, even though your products are of very high quality.

Bought a stainless steel gourd personalized with the child's name. Quality of the bottle Quite good and pretty, but I can't say the same for the plastic cap... my son dropped it 2 times, which literally broke the cap... I ordered the goods on 29.5.23 with express delivery in 48 hours for an extra 9.50 surcharge. On 02.06.23, 4 days later, you marked the goods as shipped. It arrived on 06.06.23. By then it was already too late and our son was already on a school trip. I don't think it's right to demand 7 days and an express delivery surcharge for this. Otherwise, the product is functional and good.
