Hello, we have already tried various adhesive labels. The design and size, as well as the customer service are very good. Unfortunately, we now often find that the labels come off. They simply end up in the washing machine or in the daycare backpack. Which is of course very annoying and also not useful. Therefore unfortunately only 2 stars because the actual purpose is not fulfilled.

Fantastic product, really easy to use and has great longevity despite a high volume of laundry! Delivery could have been faster though.

Unfortunately the delivery took a very long time and I had to ask twice where my order was. I'm still very unsure whether the iron-on name labels will hold. I am pleased that a 2nd replacement delivery was made today - as a gesture of goodwill?

Hi Jana, we are pleased that you have received the labels. You contacted us over a week ago and mentioned that the labels had not arrived, so we have sent you the replacements. The delivery depends entirely on Deutsche Post and it looks like both envelopes were delivered in the end. And to make sure the labels hold when ironed on, please follow the instructions and make sure the iron is on maximum temperature without steam.

Labels received quickly, as described. The colors and patterns are very pretty. However, they don't stick to certain garments, despite the fact that you leave the iron on longer, and they end up peeling off quickly. I still recommend them, I'm very happy with them.

I ordered two personalized Goudes 6 months ago. The drawings don't hold, the first names fade and one arrived with part of the drawing already damaged. I'm disappointed with the quality and price. At the price of personalization I thought at least to have quality and it is not the case. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Regarding the delivery time, it took all together 8 working days due to the strikes on the post and busy Christmas period. Usually, it is in a frame of 2-6 working days. Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.
