The labels are perfect as usual, but I am very disappointed with the water bottle I got for my daughter which is not waterproof at all! Water leaks from the cap screw as soon as the bottle is not upright, and in a child's bag, this is not practical at all!

Nothing to say about the merchandise but I paid an extra fee for fast delivery, I was told it would arrive by November 11 at the latest, my daughter was leaving for green classes on November 12; that's why I ordered there.. and my package arrived at the pickup point on November 12 during the day, so too late... It was useless... Too bad because the result is very beautiful.

I ordered cutlery for my little girls with their first and last names engraved and you can't see the engraving which is tone on tone. Very disappointed especially for the price.
