Iron-on labels peel off after one wash :(

The adhesive and iron-on labels that I routinely buy are very convenient there was a misunderstanding on the 'application of a promotion but they solved it brilliantly in no time. Very satisfied. I recommend it

As satisfied as ever

I placed two separate orders for personalized stationery labels and for notebooks/books. Really very very nice, my daughter delighted. The first order in late August, I don't know for what reason, arrived on 9/15, several days after the second order arrived. some difficulty peeling off the small labels for pencils

products did not arrive on time, shipping via mail without tracking, ----EDIT: ----- I have to admit they were very kind and sent me back the labels and then the first ones arrived a little late as well. Problem maybe due to slow postal service. thank you regards

Beautiful labels; colors and options numerous and nice well made. Unfortunately, the thermo stickers don't stay on well after two washes, in fact they just fall off and can't be resealed. The adhesive ones for clothing labels are much more valuable

I have been ordering from you since my son started kindergarten Now he is already at school and we continue to order - a customer for many years and for good reason The only thing I have to say is that the adhesive labels for clothes no longer hold as well as they used to We still have stickers from kindergarten that are still up - after countless washes - the new labels come off after just a few washes It would be nice if the quality was as good as it used to be

It's the second time we've bought. Last year and this year, but unfortunately the quality was not the same. The labels do not collent well on the colors. We are very disappointed and are already thinking about ordering elsewhere.

This is already our 3rd order with C-MonEtiquette. On-line personalization is easy, thanks to the interface that lets you see the results "live". The labels are attractive, legible, of good format and quality. We order them mainly for clothes, shoes and now school supplies. The only reservation is that on some boards, they can be difficult to remove from their place.

Unfortunately, the labels wash off.

I had two codes at gemo because I bought two back-to-school outfits but one of the two codes didn't work and the other worked but I was charged 8 and not 2 as indicated.

The rendering of the labels is satisfactory, but the batches ordered are mixed together, and the first names are mixed between the notebooks. I wouldn't recommend buying them for gifts, for example.

I received the labels very quickly but to my great regret they don't stick properly. After wearing or washing the garment, the labels come off.

I ordered labels on September 3 and on September 14 they still have not arrived. I am waiting for a response from the member service, but I see that there are several people complaining.... I was looking for labels to mark my daughter's clothes and came across c-monetiquette.fr. The choice of labels is varied. I had no trouble placing my order and received it quickly.

Between order and delivery I count about a week. Good quality labels, no defects but some stickers didn't stand up to the machine but it did the job during my child's school trip.

Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

The adhesive labels are really great. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them after the first shipment. After informing the shipper, I actually received them a few days later without any problems. In the meantime, I received information about the processing status and was able to follow the progress of the delivery in detail.
