Despite the fact that the lunch box is advertised as dishwasher-safe, the picture came off during the first (!) rinse. After I wrote to support, I was assured that a replacement had been sent. To date (3 weeks later) nothing has arrived. The stickers are always OK.

We are sorry about the delivery problem. We will resend the label for the lunchbox, however we have made an exception as you have washed the lunchbox incorrectly and damaged it yourself as a result.

I have been buying the item/clothing/shoe tags for a couple of years and they have never let me down. The lunch box turned out to be a wonderful purchase: it is large enough to hold my daughter's entire lunch (whether multiple courses or just one) and the food, thanks to the ice, stays fresh. Perfect for the beach in the summer -- or any other outing.
