I was satisfied with my personalized water bottle until the stopper stopped working after 2 months and customer service told me to buy another one! What a shame, because other brands would never have said that! The stopper is defective and I have to buy a new one myself, and after telling customer service, they give me a 20% discount! Magnifique .

The quality of the product is great! On the other hand, the delivery time to Belgium is quite long, which in itself is not a problem, but when we ask about the status of our parcel, it has been awaiting delivery for 14 days, which is worrying because we are told that it should have been delivered a long time ago ^^ But the products have arrived at their destination, so everything is fine :)
