So I was really pleasantly surprised by the packaging, the price and the quality of the clothes. My daughter has fragile skin and I have nothing to report on that score. The labels are machine washable (I've done one so far.) I'm really satisfied and plan to order again. I recommend them.

Absolutely love the design and the idea but unfortunately the iron on labels have started to come off in the wash after only one wear/wash. I'd say 75% of the labels have come off in my washing machine and the others are hanging off, half stuck on. I have ironed them to the clothes labels which I'm pretty sure you're able to do? Left items a week before wearing and only ever wash at either 30 or 40 degrees. Worst thing is when I was doing all my sons nursery clothes, I loved the design and the fact ironing them on wasn't the worst job in the world, I ordered more for in the future (next size of clothing) so I now have another batch on the way but I don't want to spend a whole evening ironing them to come off in the washing machine. Overall, visually beautiful but practically not great.

Jade, thank you very much for your message. I am very sorry to hear that you are having problems with your labels. It is not normal for them to peel off if the instructions have been followed correctly: https://www.petit-fernand.co.uk/how-to-apply You will need to set your iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before use. The labels are applied directly to the fabric. Caution: avoid elastic areas and stitching. If all the instructions have been followed and the problem persists, can you send us photos of the labels coming off on [email protected] We will then be able to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
