I ordered a replacement part for a lunch box. It's a good thing they exist because other lunchboxes break their zipper and you can't do anything about it. The service was excellent. The part came in a cloth bag and then as a gift a sheet of stickers, my little girl was happy not only to recover her lunch box that she likes so much but also with some nice stickers as a gift!
