super attentive, very good quality and helpful. in mid-August I ordered some labels for my son, but almost 3 weeks passed and they did not arrive, I contacted this company and they sent me new ones that arrived just 10 days later, and my surprise was that the two envelopes of labels arrived!!! I called them to tell them that the two envelopes had arrived and to charge me for them but they gave them to me as a gift.
