I had a problem with the delivery, the products were no longer refrigerated, but the lovely team gave me a code to be able to recommend, I'm waiting for the green light because they are changing provider, I know the products which are however very good, I can't wait to order them.

Good evening, I placed the order on March 13 but the order is still being prepared and the products have not been shipped, this is the first time this has happened. Usually the products are shipped in 2/3 days. I don't understand this delay. Marzia Viviani
