I would have liked to know that the product I ordered had to be stored at a temperature of 4°C.... I would have rushed to get it faster. I think the cold chain was not respected, the package was stored at room temperature, and the ice pack was defrosted ...

Refrigerated parcel, in order to preserve the cold chain. Serious I recommend. For my part a small downside for this delivery. The relay point for this package was 30 kms AR, on a road that I do not often take. So more expenses.

the cold gelatin "pack" opened (poorly welded edge) from which the cardboard and the protective packaging were partly wet. The fact that the "bona fide" jars must remain at +4°C was not indicated in the catalogue. Did they stay that way during the 48 hours of transport? I'm not afraid to eat them anyway, but they're going to make another train trip...
