It is a pure delight. In addition to sparing the animals intolerable suffering, these cheeses have a delicacy of taste that far surpasses all the cheeses made from animal milk on the market. I ordered the little vegan one out of curiosity and I must say that I was not disappointed! The taste is amazing and is an excellent alternative to ordinary foie gras. The little vegan also gives a chic touch to your holiday table. The only criticism I heard around me is that the taste is a little too sweet for those who only see through real foie gras. I only ate the small vegan one, I am completely conquered !!! Thank you Marie Sophie, congratulations !!!!

I recommend the terrine "la bonne foi". It is closer to duck mousse than to foie gras in taste and texture, but it suits me very well.

The SAV is perfect, the shipping and packaging are top notch. Convinced by the "bonne foi", less by the "bleu" which reminds me more of a cheese with more foam like a Tartare or a Kiri, but the taste is nice
