I ordered a flashlight and afterwards I find it (very) expensive (38 €) compared to similar models in stores.

Response from Picksea
The Glowtorch by Navisafe is waterproof AND glow-in-the-dark, which is why it costs 38€. It is the cheapest waterproof glowtorch on the market.

Item received in a different color than ordered (red instead of black). The least I could have done would have been to warn the customer before sending! The return costs were at my expense if I returned the item, so I kept the item but it does not really suit me. I don't recommend this site.

Product conforms to the order received quickly well packaged with cardboard in an envelope with bubbles and its preparation order. Possibility of tracking the colissimo on laposte.fr or on its customer space post and alert of the stages of sending by mail. Difficult to do better.

I ordered a black inflatable life jacket. It arrived red. And not even an exchange offer. That's very poor order tracking.

Response from Picksea
Hello Mr. Roussel, we apologize again for the color error in the preparation of your order.
In our email communication of August 23, you seemed to accept the article without explicitly asking for an exchange, which is why we did not offer it to you. We would have exchanged it without any problem.
In order to fix this misunderstanding, we offer you a 10% discount on the next equipment you could order on Picksea.com
Remaining at your disposal,
Olivier / PICKSEA
