I have to bring my daughter to whom I would like to give this Christmas gift, so that she can try this jacket before possibly returning it to you. When I received the parcel, I phoned Picksea, I explained the problem to a person who introduced herself as the accountant and who told me that women often choose the men's model to be more comfortable and that in any case the supplier will not be able to send women's jackets to Picksea until spring 2022! Who are we kidding? In summary: I paid for more than *** a jacket that does not correspond to my request, I have to move my daughter to try the gift she should have received at Christmas (so missed for the surprise) and no one responsible at Picksea to find a solution to their error.
