I ordered an item in a color that was available on the site, which in fact was not available until April 2021. I got this information by calling because I did not see my package leave for shipment, order placed for more than a week. Another color was proposed to me that I accepted. I found the site very good but I must admit that I was worried about the delivery of the order as I had no message from you between the payment and the announcement of the delivery, i.e. 6/7 days delay. A small message confirming the preparation and delivery would have reassured me 😉. Otherwise everything went very well, the quality is there and I received everything before Christmas so perfect !!!!

The person I dealt with at Picksea is perfect. She is friendly and available and does her job extremely well. She goes out of her way to solve problems. It is rare to deal with such conscientious people. It is unfortunate, however, that Picksea's supplier used a very unsavory carrier. He refused to assemble the washing machine I bought and when I unpacked it, it was damaged and out of order. The matter is still not resolved and Picksea should put pressure on this supplier to change the carrier.
