Even if the initial delivery time was not respected because of supply problems (covid 19). My interlocutors were always very courteous and concerned to give me satisfaction. Serious site to recommend

Efficient and adaptable customer service if needing to refund a package. I didn't end up needing to do this, but they would have been receptive to it.

What I like about Picksea, besides the quality of the products sold, is the efficiency of the sales department and the reactivity.

fast delivery good product 2 remarks; why one does not have the same colors in totality on the range of the waterproof bags from 7 to 100 liters and to put an indication on your packing not to open with tools cutting your envelope. in plastic bag.risk of deterioration of the bag inside thank you

After receiving an item, I realized that the item did not correspond to the description on the website. There was a problem of dimension. After calling the after-sales service to explain the problem, the seller told me that there was nothing he could do and that it was the fault of his supplier. He did not want to take charge of the return costs for a product that did not conform to the description. For me it will be the 1st and last time I order on this site. Not at all commercial!
