Products conform to my expectations, shipped and received as expected. A plus on the online store would be more detailed descriptions than those of the manufacturer/distributor so that we can be sure of what we are buying

I received the item on time. The size fits well, I was advised to take the item one size smaller than my usual size, an advice that proved to be wise.

Great quality. This rain jacket is used by ski instructors when they have to teach in rainy or heavy snow. Bought one size up for my kids so they can wear it over their ski suit, they are nice and dry and warm to face harsh weather conditions.

It would be necessary to add the equivalents in cm of the sizes, including the turns of heads for the hoods, length of feet for the shoes, that would avoid you many returns.
