Very satisfied with my order. The process to create my lamp online was very easy and well explained, with pictures all along. The delivery was pretty fast, and the lamp I received was as pictured. I ordered this lamp for a friend's wedding and she was thrilled with the personalized attention and thought it was a very original gift. I really appreciated the variety of choices in terms of personalization and the quality of the engraving (which corresponded well to the photo uploaded on the site).
