Failure to meet the stipulated package arrival time

It's a shame that the picture was full of scratches... The idea of the lamp is beautiful though

Nice lamp, delivery was before Christmas but 1 star less for extra stress for me because package should be sent next day after order and was send 3 days after order so I had doubt that UPS will bring me package 24.12.

Lamp ok, base quite cheap. Unfortunately the delivery took place after Christmas, although the page said before Christmas. Ordered on Tuesday, only sent on Saturday, so of course it can't work.

The package was supposed to arrive on December 23/24...to date there is no news of it !!!! I checked it has been stopped for 4 days...!!!!

The quality is very poor and does not look at all like the pictures show. The gift was intended as a Christmas present and I ordered it over a week before Christmas. The website said until 3 days before Christmas that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, this was not the case - the parcel only arrived 6 days later, i.e. almost 2 weeks after the order was placed, even though it was advertised as 48 hours shipping EU-wide. Even when I asked the support there was no helpful answer only a copy paste answer that the order is in production. Rarely experienced such a bad service unfortunately you can not give zero stars 1 star is unfortunately already too much for such a bottomless performance.

Package still not arrived

I'm disappointed with the finish and the cut at the hairline. The cut edges are not clean. However, the overall look is nice.

I need to purchase an illuminated base for a lamp, however, which I have already purchased

correct, although looking at it calmly the finish of the lamp (the edges of the piece) leaves much to be desired, it must be cut by some kind of industrial machine and the symmetry does not take it well.

This product is really nice. But I'm disappointed with the quality of the photos. I'd like to see the ordering site improved so that before you place your final order, you get a preview of what the product will look like. Or at least a warning about the quality of the photos selected. For the photo albums I often create, we have a preview and also a warning when the photo won't give me a good rendering. Otherwise, the concept is really very good. Another improvement is that if you don't want any text, you should be able to put a last photo and not leave it empty. I hope this post-purchase feedback will be useful to designers and buyers alike. Happy New Year 2025 to all.

The effect is very nice, but the remote control system doesn't work as I'd hoped.

Lamp in very good condition however it was marked delivered within 48 to 72 hours but the lamp arrived after 5 days see 6 and the item said A4 size but it is much smaller.

I have sent an e-mail saying that the foot of the turtle is defective. But I haven't received a reply from them yet. Now it's still here and couldn't give it away. I am disappointed.

I paid an additional 6.99 euros to receive it within 24 hours, but it arrived 72 hours later and I have not been reimbursed for the express delivery request.

The rendering of the photo is very good The deadlines are respected (except that I had to travel 50kms to pick up my package because of Chronopost!!) otherwise the lamp was very much appreciated.

Package received on time, well packaged, as ordered. The only minor problem was a slight scratch on the Plexiglas.

Product arrived broken in 2 places. Too bad for Christmas. But the lamp corresponds to my expectations. Responsive after-sales service, awaiting new support!

Just bad take care of nothing and hire the worst delivery company ups I would prefer not to give a star but unfortunately that is not possible

Hello The rendering of the product is really beautiful but I had made a request for modification that could not be made ... and after complaint my second order to a delivery time of 8 days as by chance after reporting my dissatisfaction with my first order... Sincerely Gary Balodis

Delivery postponed twice, and on top of that no home delivery, I had to go to a relay store. Very disappointed by the service

the lamps were exactly as requested, no scratches. The only problem is that you have to change the UPS carrier because I got my package after three days without knowing that they had come, they had put it in the mailbox without saying they had come instead of 24 hours. Otherwise the package corresponded to the request.
