Package received promptly but there is a problem with the operation of the lamp. The remote control doesn't work (except for changing TV channels). So it can only be switched off by unplugging it.

The lamp isn't too bad, but I'm disappointed by the fact that the model's hair is practically invisible and the eyebrows have been thickened. It would be nice to be able to see and validate the proposal before paying for a personalized photo.

When I opened the package a piece of the tree was broken and I didn't have time to send it back as it was for a birthday. Otherwise, the product is as described, but it's a shame it's so expensive, pretty and works well.
