The product is fine. I wasn't satisfied with the delivery however. I paid the extra money for 24-hour delivery by Fedex, and I didn't receive the lamp until 5 days later. There was a bank holiday and weekend in between, so I would have understood if it had taken 2-3 days, but this was way too long. I sent an e-mail to pictyourlamp.com to which I received a short and formal answer, and when I asked for reimbursement of the extra costs, pictyourlamp never got back to me.

The delivery was fast and top, the product corresponds well to the order except some imperfections in the plastic of the plate. I would have liked to find a product with a bluetooth connection to stream from a smartphone and a radio with an integration with Google Cast audio for example or an intelligent assistant to make the product much more useful.

The lamp is really great and my husband was very pleased. The only criticism was unfortunately the delivery time (Max 72 hours), which was not met and thus the gift was unfortunately not there in time. So rather order a little earlier ;)

The lamp contains a serious optical error, which I have reported. Only a succinct answer comes back that that shouldn't be bad. Another email from me was not even responded to. I think that if you really pay a lot of money for such a lamp, you have to get a 100% good product. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything like that.

I was really excited when I found this website but I was really disappointed to be honest! First of all I ordered a 24h shipment that didn't work at all cause I got the package with a delay of a week!!!! Second the lamp came broken like I mean the stander and I wrote mails and tried to contact the firm but it didn't work! I would have really appreciated it if I would get at least some kind of compensation

The order came in late first off all. Than maybe you can explain better than de the manual did for the battery's because there is nothing to connect for the battery's positive ore negstive side so that doesn't work after a swap off diverent plugs it works and looks nice
