I have sent you an email of dissatisfaction regarding my order, never got a reply! On your almost all examples we do not see the background, I thought it would be the same for me. Result we see everything behind even when it's a white wall! It's very ugly so not happy to have bought from you!

I am actually satisfied. However, I have due goods within the action nimm 3 zahle 2 bought and although I had 3 items in the cart I had to pay all three. That is, their action has not been right and I had thereby also 1.9 euros extra costs. I will probably buy nothing more from you. Furthermore the size of the DINA4 Yoshi is not right, it is not 20x30 cn but much less! And for all that your prices are pretty high!

nous sommes désolé de ces désgréments. Après vérification l'offre dont vous parlez était valable sur toutes les lampes du site (catalogues et personnalisées) cependant votre 3ème article était un socle seul qui ne rentrait pas dans l'offre. Je n'ai pas trouvé d’e-mail de votre part à ce sujet, nous aurions pu faire un geste à ce sujet.
Pour ce qui est des dimensions de la lampe Yoshi, comme pour toutes les autres lampes, les formats A5 et A4 sont des standards pour "grand et "petit". Nous devons ensuite respecter les proportions des visuels. Chaque modèle a ses propre proportions, de ce fait les lampes n'ont pas toutes les mêmes dimensions. Je vous invite à lire notre foire aux questions qui détail très bien le principe. En espérant que vous ne nous tiendrez pas rigueur de ces malentendus, je vous souhaite une bonne journée,

Ordered quickly, I ordered a small lamp for my son, he will open it for Christmas. I ordered two key rings. Nice effect, a slight reduction in the size of the plexiglass would not be bad. Beware of a few drips that I can not remove but do not interfere with the use and especially the beautiful effect / appearance of the key ring light.

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry for the "drip marks". The laser cutting process causes this type of mark, however, normally all plates are cleaned by our technicians. We have a rather busy schedule with the Christmas holidays coming up and it is possible that the cleaning of your key rings was not done properly. We apologize for this. You can easily remove these marks with a soft cloth and acetone, or makeup remover which is perhaps easier to find at home :)

Very happy with my purchase of 3 lamps, one of the pictures is a bit blurry but came from an MMS. A few scratches on 2 of the 3 lamps, but they are supposed to be on the side of the protection film, hoping that after removing the film at Christmas the scratches will not be on the plate as well.

I am very pleased with the quality and speed of shipping. Ordered and received in just 3 days... I'm a bit disappointed with the photo lamp, but I'm sure she'll be pleased with it. The other two photo lamps with film/series motifs are perfect. The only drawback is the Black Friday promotion which falls 48 hours after my order and therefore, without me being able to benefit from it, leaves me with a "slight bitter taste"... (2 lamps bought, the 3rd offered).
