The lamp I received had a mark across the entire width of the plate. They advised me on a cleaning technique and the problem was resolved. If the problem had not been resolved, they committed to sending me, at their expense, a new identical lamp. Very good responsiveness and efficiency of customer service. I recommend!

Order delivered quickly, there is nothing to say about that. However, the frame support does not work under load, had to put batteries. The photo frame is scratched on some corners, luckily I opened it to check before giving it as a gift. I am really disappointed.
