1st time broken toe

It is May 20th, and I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

I received a defective item and wrote 3 emails to support without receiving any feedback.

We got a wrong lamp! And the costumerservice are not answering our email!

Absolutely no recommendation. Lamp set, package arrived without lamp. Complaint has been sent, so far without response. I will have to activate PayPal buyer protection.

Unfortunately, the ordered item arrived too small. I ordered it in A4 and received A5. I also do not receive a response to my email.

Well received and a shame about the small scratches. But overall satisfied.

I sent an email and a message via the site to file a complaint about my order. I will therefore take advantage of your request for feedback to reiterate my complaint pending a response since 16/03: 1- the package was not delivered to the correct relay point but to another one without us being notified /2- the packaging box was not sealed! /3- there is no protective film as indicated because the bat is full of marks /4- (the most serious) is that the bat is cracked (see photo I sent you)! I am waiting for a quick response on all these points as well as compensation (either for the entire order or a new lamp): reminder according to article L217-4, the seller must deliver a good that conforms to the contract and respond to any existing conformity defects at the time of delivery. Very disappointed, the plexiglass has micro scratches and does not hold very well in the holder and there is a delay in delivery

I returned my order because I received it too late to give it as a gift. To this day, I am still waiting to be refunded.

2 plates received, 2 non-compliant plates. First plate received with clearly visible marks impossible to remove, impacts/cutting inaccuracies causing light leaks on the edges. The second plate received as a replacement has exactly the same defects in the same places... which confirms a systematic manufacturing problem, with the bonus of a 2cm scratch right in the middle of the surface, visible from a meter away. No quality control apparently performed before shipment, even after a detailed complaint with photos. The product was intended to be given as a birthday gift...

Not satisfied. I paid an additional 15 euros for express delivery in 24 hours because it was for an important gift and it was delivered to me 5 days later and after emails of complaints, no responses. Shameful.

Hello, for the product, nothing to complain about, but for the delivery, I am a bit less satisfied. There was a problem with the location; the initial address, the tobacco shop, was on vacation on the delivery dates, so they dropped it off at another address, another tobacco shop that is also a partner with UPS. By the time I understood, I picked up the package after the date for my daughter's birthday, so she was a bit disappointed. Best regards.

Hello, I have received the order but in the package, two plates, one with our photo and the cut-out hearts and on the other the drawn hearts but not our couple's photo. The gift is ruined, no one wants to contact me by phone to explain the situation. I have already received this kind of lamp and I was not disappointed.

Small and of poor quality

It's a gift that I haven't given yet so I don't know how long the lamp lasts. BUT... apparently, it's great!

To be honest, a bit disappointed, I took the wooden base because on the site it shows it with a cord and switch so I deduce that it works on 220v, well no it's a USB plug so I need to find a socket with an equivalent voltage. Otherwise, it looks great and the kid is super happy that's the main thing.

I received a lamp that I did not order, no return slip and totally scratched. I wrote to the company and was blocked, I just want the lamp that I ordered and no one is responding to my emails.
