The lamp is not working

Very nice lamp. Exactly as described

The only base that specifies to have the option of automatic shutdown timer is black and incorporates a different control to the others with the buttons to turn off in 4h,5h,6h and 8h, as I bought this for that reason and I received the black base but with the other control of the other bases that does not have the buttons to time off, so it turns out that I have a black base that I can not program to turn off alone as I needed. Waiting for them to give me a solution because so far the only thing they answer me that they have sent me the black base which is the one I bought, as if that solved the problem, the problem I explain to them is the remote that is another with which you can not program off, so I lack that function as long as they do not send me the correct remote announced on the web with that base.

Geen bezorging binnen 24 uur, waar wel voor betaald is. DHL geeft aan een fout gemaakt te hebben, met de mededeling dat een verzoek om restitutie van de leveringskosten via de leverancier dient te verlopen. Leverancier zegt dat het eigen schuld is en geeft geen reactie op mails. Is verder ook niet telefonisch te bereiken, dus slechte communicatie en service

I got a lamp with a wood-like alarm clock/bluetooth base as a gift. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and it was definitely much appreciated. The only flaw, it said shipping within 24 hours and delivery in 48; the package actually arrived 10 days after placing the order, a bit of a tease considering the shipping costs paid.

I ordered this lamp with my grandson and gave it to him as a gift on Christmas Eve, unfortunately a big disappointment the ordered lamp was not in expected order inside. A similar lamp without integrated alarm clock came out to the disappointment of my grandson. We will return it and ask for the price back

Unfortunately, the disc arrived scratched. This was intended as a Christmas gift. But so I can not give it away

I have ordered three personalized products. Two of them have become really good, with one I'm not quite satisfied with the result. But overall a nice gift idea, something different. Delivery times are ok.

The customer service / quality is deplorable I have not had any acknowledgement of receipt of order. I sent several emails before getting a misleading answer telling me that my order was lost and then telling me that they had too many orders. I received my order in accordance with my request. Instead of 72 hours I got it after 30 days

Order received with delay because the first order was apparently lost. Customer service temporarily unavailable because of technical problems but responsive when we finally managed to reach them and commercial gesture appreciated. If we have the opportunity we will order again on this site.

Lamp not arrived but only box with batteries. Not received response from e mail.

Unfortunately, the first lamp came mislabeled...have contacted customer service who then answered only after 10 days. There should be a new lamp on the way, hopefully that is then correctly labeled

Flawless product, as described. But be careful if you buy the gift box for 5€ in addition! Gift box was listed on the invoice, but did not come with the goods. 5€ given away!

ik heb een Losonge besteld voor foto decoratie, maar kreeg ik een haart !! was niet de bedoeling, maar toch was een mooie cadeau .

The delivery has worked perfectly. But unfortunately, my request to you regarding the battery compartment has not been answered to date. I find that not so good. Because neither normal batteries or rechargeable batteries put the LED lamp in the light. Only via USB the LED lamp lights up. Why is there a battery or accumulator compartment??????
