So I ordered again with my eyes closed and what a surprise to discover a plexiglass instead of glass... Great, just a small detail that bothers me. On the website there is a photo of a couple with trees in the background, and on your reproduction there are no trees. We thought that you were going to make only the people when we ordered, but now we have a TV behind etc. .... I did see that there was a box where to note the particulars but your example had not put us in the ear in this sense.

The result is an absolute disaster and a cheek, has nothing identical with the photos of your website. You advertise with premium quality and top design, but these are by no means recognizable. Which qualified designer was at work here is a mystery to me. The only thing that is qualitatively somewhat higher in delivery, which is the base whereby one must not forget the price. I urge you to call out a reasonable work!

The lamp delighted my grandson. The delivery was fast, I really appreciated the different messages for the progress and the routing of my order. The only small concern was the delivery place different from the one chosen...without much consequence though. If I find the model I'm looking for for a new lamp, I will renew an order.
